  •  A pilates inspired full body mat workout. Bring your yoga mat and let's sweat!

  • We ride to the beat. But it's not just the legs we work- this is a full body workout! Bring runners or clip in spin shoes. We also have spin shoes available for rent at the studio. 

  • This is our weight training class, designed to make you feel stronger than ever. A balanced strength training workout to build power, combined with Pilates inspired core principles. Bring your yoga mat!

  • Experience a modern twist on low-impact aerobics in a non-stop, action-packed mix of cardio and toning tracks that will take your fitness to the next level. This no-equipment format uses simple, set choreography to create an effective steady-state cardio workout. LOW is easy to follow and a total blast! Adaptable to all levels of fitness, you can go low, but you will always leave feeling HIGH! Bring indoor runners.

  • TONE takes toning tracks and combines them with barre, abs and arm tracks to create a full body low impact workout that will take your fitness to the next level. This no equipment format uses simple set choreography to create an effective steady state workout. TONE is easy to follow and a total blast! Adaptable to all levels of fitness, we TONE and go low but you will also leave feeling HIGH! Bring indoor runners.

  • We offer THREE different stretch classes: YOGA a traditional yoga flow. YO a more fast paced music driven choreographed stretch. STRETCH dynamic but slower stretch to the music. Bring your yoga mat!

  • We offer TWO types of barre classes:

    UPBEAT BARRE is a choreographed barre class to the beat of the music. It  combines strength training, Pilates, cardio, and yoga. 

    BARRE combines elements of ballet, Pilates, and yoga, using small isometric movements to target and tone muscles. Low impact sculpts the body, increases flexibility, and builds long lean strength. expect to burn and shake. Bring your yoga mat!

  • HIGH Fitness is breaking the mold, and taking a bold, unique approach to group fitness – HIGH took Old School Aerobics and transformed it into a modern, heart pounding, fun, and effective cardio workout. Bring indoor runners.

  • A mat based practice of Pilates with traditional instruction and focus on slow, controlled movements through mind-body connection to develop strength and agility. Bring your yoga mat!
